Now heres a product that big-box store could have used back then. Many stores, restaurants, factories and other businesses may be using it soon to clean up messes and prevent painful and costly damages.

One of the biggest problems comes from mopping the floor that takes too long to dry. These wet floors are a huge issue. In fact, slip-and-fall accidents are the second-largest insurance claim in the U.S. In working with my other half, Rosemary Corbey, we set out to develop a product that would not only clean but dry in approximately 10 seconds.
RW:We created and patented a unique, non-flam- mable, alcohol-based cleaner designed to lift oil, dirt, grease, soda and morewith the bonus that it dries in seconds. Since its fast drying, it cleans and eliminates moisturethe same moisture that is a bacterial breeding ground.

One of Rob’s first jobs was working in a seasonal seafood restaurant in the mid 80’s. From there he went into home improvements working with his hands, designing and building all aspects of home improvements. In 2006, the original seafood restaurant he worked at was for sale. Rob and Rose took this extremely weathered restaurant and brought it to life with their passion, vision and skills. The examples listed below were developed for the hospitality industry although we have numerous patents and product lines for a wide array of industries. Where there is a need, we will figure out a simple, effective solution. The first product line they developed was out of a need to suppress odors from the dumpsters. Thus, DumpsterCure was developed. Through numerous requests from Customers an Cure who wanted to suppress odors at their residences, we developed TrashCan Cure for the residential market. One of the biggest issues in the entire hospitality industry is slip and fall accidents. Therefore, Rob and Rose developed the first product that dries in under 10 seconds called KleenzDRl. Most slip and fall accidents occur in bathrooms. We are currently in research and development stage with our Safety Illuminator cone. This cone has both visual and audio sounds to warn of the dangers of a wet floor.
